Known for technical innovations that no competitor can match, the design team at G.F. Puhl has the skills, experience and know-how to design a trim collection system that delivers on its promises now and in the future. Our design talent is unsurpassed in the industry.
System Design. Let our engineering team use what the survey process reveals about your goals, your challenges and the physical limitations of your plant to design a streamlined system that that maximizes up-time, saves energy, works safely and is easy to operate and maintain.
Component Design. We design many of the components and parts used in our trim collection systems. In-depth trim system know-how and 3-D software in our design process result in durable components that perform long after the warranty expires. Control System Design. As a captive control integrator, G.F. Puhl electrical engineers focus exclusively on the design of controls for trim collection systems. Our engineering team understands all the motor control and power distribution possibilities and will design a control system that meets your needs. Permitting. System design isn’t complete until the building permits are issued. G.F. Puhl engineers work with you and local officials as needed to secure approvals needed to install your system. Our engineers have worked with building codes personnel from coast to coast.
"We can design controls to do just about anything," says Scott Weeks, who spent eight years designing programmable controllers, human machine interface and communication networks for Allen-Bradley before joining G.F. Puhl as senior systems engineer in 2001. "Our engineering team is the best in the business" Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Ohio University.
